  • Returned items must be in a saleable condition when they arrive at our store or warehouse and must not have any visible signs of wear or use.
  • If the item was purchased at one of our stores it must be returned to the store; if it was purchased online it must be posted back to our warehouse at your own expense.
  • We reserve the right to make a final determination on the state of the item upon inspecting it.
  • Returns of online purchases that are not deemed by us to be in an acceptable condition will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
