Returns Policy
At Mobilebeat, your satisfaction is our number one priority. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when you shop with us. In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer an easy return process for exchanges or store credit within 10 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Returned items must be in saleable condition with no visible signs of wear or use when they arrive at our store or warehouse.
- Items purchased in-store must be returned to the store of purchase; items purchased online must be returned to our warehouse at your own expense.
- We reserve the right to make a final determination on the condition of the item upon its inspection.
- Returns of online purchases deemed not in acceptable condition will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
- Screen protectors cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been applied, due to the nature of the product.
- Mobilebeat is an authorised retailer for multiple fashion brands. It's important to note that each of these brands may have its own return policies, which are separate from Mobilebeat's return policy.
- Refunds at Mobilebeat are granted only for products that are found to be faulty within 3 months from purchase and meet the warranty claim criteria set by the respective brands. Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
