In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer an easy return process for exchanges or store credit within 10 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Returned items must be in saleable condition with no visible signs of wear or use when they arrive at our store or warehouse.
  • Items purchased in-store must be returned to the store of purchase; items purchased online must be returned to our warehouse at your own expense.
  • We reserve the right to make a final determination on the condition of the item upon its inspection.
  • Returns of online purchases deemed not in acceptable condition will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
  • Screen protectors cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been applied, due to the nature of the product. Please see more information below for our screen protector warranty. 
  • Mobilebeat is an authorised retailer for multiple fashion brands. It's important to note that each of these brands may have its own return policies, which are separate from Mobilebeat's return policy.
  • Refunds at Mobilebeat are granted only for products that are found to be faulty within 3 months from purchase and meet the warranty claim criteria set by the respective brands. Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Mobilebeat Paid Warranty Program

1. Warranty Coverage

Mobilebeat offers a Paid Warranty Program for its Screen Protectors and Camera Guards ("Products"). Customers may purchase a warranty plan that provides replacement coverage for a specified number of replacements within a twelve (12) month period. The cost of the warranty plan varies based on the selected coverage option. 

This warranty covers the following issues that may arise during normal use:

  • Cracks or breakages
  • Scratches affecting visibility or performance. 
  • Lifting or detachment.
  • Bubbles appearing under the protector after proper installation.

2. Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty applies only to the specific device for which the Product was originally purchased.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. 
  • If all replacements do not get used within the 12 month timeframe, the warranty, or any remaining replacements do not roll over. 

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage to the device itself for any reason whatsoever.
  • Intentional damage or misuse of the product
  • Improper installation or use contrary to the instructions provided

3. Warranty Claim Process

To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must:

  • Provide proof of purchase of both the Product and the selected warranty plan.
  • Return the damaged screen protector or camera guard to a Mobilebeat store.
  • Ensure the replacement is for the same device model originally purchased. 

4. Legal Disclaimer

  • To the extent permitted by law, Mobilebeat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to any damage to the device, loss of use, or personal injury arising from the use or inability to use the Product. This warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. 

5. General Conditions

  • Mobilebeat reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect warranties issued before the modification date.  
  • By purchasing and using this warranty plan, the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this warranty.
