All domestic orders are shipped via our courier partner, Australia Post, from our warehouse on the Gold Coast (Queensland, Australia).

Orders that are placed before 10:00AM AEST will be dispatched on the same business day the order is placed. Any order placed after this time will be sent the next business day. 

You will be notified by email that your order has been received. Following this, tracking information for your parcel will be emailed to you at time of dispatch.

Please note, once your order has been dispatched your address cannot be amended. Please enter your shipping address correctly at the checkout, or you may be charged the appropriate shipping costs to resend your purchase. 

Note: all weekend and public holiday orders will be shipped the next business day.

How long will it take to arrive?

See below for our most recent COVID-19 update with regards to shipping and possible delays. We currently offer 2 shipping options.

  • Express shipping (1-3 business days)
    • QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and TAS will generally arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch
    • NT and WA will generally arrive 2-3 business days after dispatch
    • New Zealand, USA and Canada will generally arrive in 2-4 business days after dispatch
  • Standard shipping (3-10 business days)
    • QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and TAS will generally arrive 3-6 business days after dispatch
    • NT and WA will generally arrive 4-14 business days after dispatch
    • New Zealand, USA and Canada will generally arrive in 6-10 business days after dispatch
COVID-19 Domestic Delays
Australia Post has temporarily suspended their Express Post guarantee of next day delivery. Express Post is still available but orders may not be delivered next business day every time. For more information visit the Australia Post Coronavirus Domestic updates page.
In particular, VIC has seen the biggest impact to shipping delays. Please allow up to 5 additional business days from the above noted delivery timeframes if you are ordering from this state.

Can I edit my order before it is sent?

If you have made an error with your order, please reach out to Customer Support right away to see if we can catch your order before processing. Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they have been processed.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer easy returns or exchanges for any reason within 10 days of receiving your order (subject to the exceptions noted below). Once we receive your returned items, we will issue you a store credit you can use on any of the products on our website, or at a later date.
